The service

Move Arcade offers browser games controlled by body movement through your webcam. The service is provided free of charge, without accounts, for personal and non-commercial use, including use in classrooms and family settings.

Play safely

These are physical games. Before playing, clear enough space around you: an arm's length in every direction, with nothing to trip over or knock down. Play on a non-slip surface, wear suitable footwear or grippy socks, and stop if you feel dizzy, tired or in pain.

Children should play under adult supervision.
Take regular breaks; the games are designed for short, fun sessions.
If you have a medical condition that limits physical activity, check with a doctor before playing movement games.
You play at your own risk. Choose games that match your fitness and mobility.

Fair and friendly use

Pick multiplayer nicknames that are appropriate for children to read.
Do not attempt to disrupt online rooms, cheat, or abuse the game servers.
Do not scrape, resell or rehost the games or their assets.

Intellectual property

The games, their code, artwork and sounds belong to Move Arcade unless credited otherwise. Third-party assets (fonts, music, 3D models, tracking technology) remain the property of their authors and are used under their licenses; see the Credits & Licenses page for the full list.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Motion tracking depends on your device, camera and lighting, and may not work perfectly for everyone. We may change, pause or retire games at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Arcade and its creators are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from use of the service, including physical activity performed while playing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
